Taylor Lautner was born on February 11, 1992 in Grand Rapids , Michigan. Taylor Lautner is the son of Deborah , work in a software development company , and Daniel Lautner , a pilot of a commercial airline, and has a younger sister named Makena .

With only six, Taylor began training karate. After a few months of training Taylor started winning tournaments and was invited to join Team Mike Chat , seven times world champion in karate . Eight years old Taylor Lautner was asked to represent the United States in international competitions .
